About

Harvard’s WECode (Women Engineers Code) conference, the world’s largest student-run conference for women in tech, will be held on February 15-16, 2025, at Harvard University. This two-day, in-person event brings together a passionate community of women engineers, creating a space for learning, networking, and exploration in tech.

As part of the program, selected Tech Fellows will work with the Harvard team to promote the WECode Conference across social media, digital networks, and their local communities. This is an amazing leadership opportunity within the women in tech space, connecting Fellows with like-minded peers and influential leaders in technology.

Eligibility

To qualify for the Harvard WECode College Conference Tech Fellowship, you must meet the following requirements:

  1. Undergraduate Status: You must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate student.
  2. Gender Identity: This fellowship welcomes students who identify as women, non-binary, genderfluid, or other gender minorities.
  3. Tech Interest: While all levels of experience are welcome, applicants must show a genuine interest in technology.

How to Apply

To apply, you’ll need to complete three parts of the application:

  1. Mandatory Application for WECode Technology Fellows: This is your primary application for the fellowship program.
  2. Committee Selection: Choose from three committees: Professional Development, Digital Media, or Peer Engagement.
  3. Optional Leadership Role: Apply to be a lead fellow within your chosen committee (optional).
