All you have to do is to join the Bold.org platform. Joining their platform will give the opportunity to showcase your goals, achievements, and drive to scholarship panels via your student profile.
The $25,000 “Be Bold” Scholarship is a no-essay scholarship that will be awarded to the applicant with the boldest profile.
“To us”, says Be Bold Company, “boldest does not mean “best”, or “most accomplished”. Being bold means being Earnest, Determined, and Moving. The scholarship will be awarded to the student whose profile is most bold, according to these characteristics.”

This is also among other scholarships for college students. But the good news is that this scholarship is open to all students enrolled in high school or looking to attend college next year, 2025. Those who apply by the deadline of June 30, 2024, will qualify for the scholarship.

3. Beauty & Wellness Professionals Scholarship.

- Fill out the online application form. Winners must enroll in an eligible program within six months of notification.
- Create a video that is no longer than 3 minutes in response to one of the prompts provided below:
- What field or specialty are you interested and why? Were there other programs you considered? What specific career goals led to you deciding on your chosen field or specialty? What inspires you to pursue this path?
- What are your career goals? Where do you want to be one year after completing your program? Where do you want to be 10 years after completing your program? What do you think the biggest obstacles are for achieving your goals? How do you plan to overcome them?
- How will you use your career to benefit your community? How do you plan on changing others’ lives through your career?
- How would you advise a friend to choose the best beauty school for them? How did you choose your school and what have you learned from your experience that you would pass along to a friend? (For those already enrolled)
- Show us a day in your life at school. What are you learning? What are your classes like? Are you a part-time or full-time student? What’s your favorite thing about school? Provide a thorough picture of what school is like for you and some of your experiences (For those already enrolled)
- Make sure to follow the video requirements: – Videos over 3 minutes will be disqualified.
- Videos must be shared on YouTube with a public link
- Videos must mention @beautyschools in the description.
- To be selected, you must be currently enrolled in or planning to enroll in any of the following accredited or state-approved programs:
- Cosmetology
- Esthetics
- Massage Therapy
- Barbering
- Electrology, Laser Hair Removal, or Trichology
- Hair Designor Hair Braiding
- Makeup Artistryor Permanent Makeup
- Nail Technology
- Salon Management or Cosmetology Teaching
- Other relevant beauty industry program, at our selection committee’s discretion
